Bresse chicken is a poultry, traditional and local, grown in grass fields. The wrens chicken is the only one to benefit from an AOC.

Preparation Tip: simply heat the open jar in a bain-marie for 25 minutes. Serve simple with rice or a potato with water, because this dish is self-sufficient.
