The Cidre Brut fermier de Normandie, prepared by a small producer of Norman apples, is drunk chilled, as an aperitif or during the meal.

The development of our farm cider is done in the respect of the traditional methods of manufacture:

collecting apples with good maturity, then washing and selective sorting of fruits. Then they are crushed, then crushing fruits / curing the pulp in the open air to allow the aromas to be released and the juice to take their color / pressing the pulp (yield obtained: 65% against 75% authorized by the decree appellation) / natural clarification of the must / slow alcoholic fermentation in the vat obtained thanks to the native flora (1 to 4 months depending on the musts) / natural foam in the bottle (3 months minimum).

Bottle: 75 cl

Degree of alcohol: 4,5 °
