This whole duck foie gras with black truffle was prepared in France, according to my recipe. A whole foie gras, well excited and marinated in a mixture of subtle spices. We add real slices of black truffles that deliciously perfume this Périgord duck foie gras.

This Foie Gras was prepared according to my own methods, I developed the recipe, marinade, seasoning and cooking time
Ducks are bred in Périgord, Qualisud certification.
