Lobster soufflé ingredients: eggs, Lobster meat 21%, cream (milk), butter (milk), fish (hake, cod), Chablis 1.5% (sulphites), salt, lime juice and pulp 0.6%, gelatin , flavors (shellfish), spices, pepper, baking powder (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch). Possible traces of gluten and nuts.
