The Norman Aperitif, also called Pommeau, is a Norman specialty, made with cider brandy, a specialty of Calvados. The Pommeau de normandie and at the same time powerful and sweet. The Norman aperitif is eaten fresh as an aperitif, like a pineau des charentes or a porto.

Alliance of Calvados and apple juice, the pommel is aged in oak barrels between 18 months and 3 years; he will then develop all these aromas. 70cl bottle

The Norman Aperitif, pommeau, prepared by a small producer of Norman apples, is drunk fresh as an aperitif. This knob smells Normandy, with its taste of apple and Calvados.

The pommel is a traditional aperitif of Normandy. After squeezing the cider apples, pour on some calvados and age for at least 18 months in the summer.

It is during this period that the pommel will develop all these aromas. It will be enjoyed fresh in summer and at room temperature in winter.

The Pommeau is going to marry particularly well with toasts with andouille sausage. So you will find all the flavors of Normandy time for an original aperitif!
