Ingredients of the seaweed tartare : Mixture of 3 algae 34% (Sea beans*, sea lettuce**, Dulse***), olive oil, capers 15% (capers, water, vinegar, salt) pickles 15% (pickles, water, salt, alcohol vinegar, tarragon flavor), shallots, onions, walnut oil, garlic.
