The Calvados Out of age has been aged to a minimum 15 years old in oak barrels. This out-of-age calvados is very balanced between the aromas of green apples, dried fruits, vanilla and oak woodiness. The whole is long and melted in the mouth keeping freshness. Bottle 35 cl.

The Calvados AOC Out of age, from Normandy, is an appellation contrôlée calvados, made from apples from traditional Norman orchards. The Calvados Out of age has been aged to a minimum 15 years old in oak barrels to bring it a great roundness in the mouth.
Eye: golden yellow, slightly coppery, clear and shiny
Nose: first fruity and slightly vanilla, it is then more floral with some citrus notes. The ending is complex and without aggression.
Palate: soft and round in the mouth. It is very balanced between the aromas of green apples, dried fruits, vanilla and oak woodiness. The whole is long and melted in the mouth keeping freshness.
The Calvados AOC Out of age, can be enjoyed as a digestif at a consumption temperature of 20 °, leaving the necessary time for the Calvados to aerate.
