Discover all the subtlety of Calvados with this box combining 3 calvados of different ages! Fine, old and aged calvados will allow you to taste the difference between a young calvados and calvados that have aged longer in the summer. 

The fine calvados : The Calvados fine has been aged for at least 3 years in large-capacity barrels in order to preserve all the fruity aromas of young calvados. This calvados is very fresh and intense on the palate and round on the palate. 

The old calvados : The Old Calvados has been aged for at least 8 years in oak barrels in order to gradually introduce the tannins of the oak into the calvados. This old calvados is mellow on the palate, with a balance between mostly fruit and woody. Long and melted together keeping a certain freshness with mineral and slightly peppery flavors. 

The calvados out of age : The aged Calvados has been aged for at least 15 years in oak barrels. This aged calvados is very balanced between the aromas of green apples, dried fruits, vanilla and oak woodiness. The whole is long and melted in the mouth keeping freshness.
