The farmer's Apple Cider Vinegar, is a natural product obtained from cider apples after an alcoholic fermentation that transforms apple juice into cider followed by an acetic fermentation that transforms cider into cider vinegar.
During this last fermentation, the acetic bacteria gradually transform the alcohol into acetic acid under the effect of temperature, thus forming apple cider vinegar. Acetic fermentation can be done alone in contact with air, or be triggered by using a vinegar mother.
Made in a natural way, this pure apple cider vinegar, with many properties can also be used in various grandmother's remedies. An exceptional vinegar unique in the world !
