The Farmer's Raw Cider, comes from Normandy, on the edge of the Pays d'Auge. It is made according to ancient processes by a small local producer.

The brut fermier cider is amber-orange in color, clear and gaseous in appearance, with a fresh and aromatic nose.

The Normandy farmer's Raw cider, prepared by a small producer norman apples, can be drunk fresh, as an aperitif or during a meal. 

The development of our farmer's cider is done in compliance with traditional manufacturing methods :

picking apples at good ripeness, then washing and selective sorting of the fruits. Then they are crushed, then crushing of the fruits / vatting of the pulp in the open air to allow the aromas to be released and the juices to take on their color / pressing of the pulp (yield obtained: 65% against 75% allowed by the appellation decree) / natural clarification of the must / slow alcoholic fermentation in vats obtained thanks to the native flora (1 to 4 months depending on the musts) / natural foaming in the bottle (minimum 3 months).

The cider brut de Normandie is a very fruity cider. No less than 20 varieties of sweet, bitter and sour apples are necessary for the production of this traditional raw cider from Normandy. It is this mixture of different varieties of apples that gives this particular taste to Normandy cider.

To the eye: this raw cider offers a golden yellow hue, shiny and crystal clear. The foam sustained at the time of serving turns into a string of fine bubbles.

Nose: powerful depending on the vintage, we find notes of exotic fruits, cooked apples and leather.

On the palate: the bittersweet apples bring a slight bitterness and a certain length in the mouth, the sweet ones the fruity and the tart ones, the freshness. Our blends will make you discover a complex and intense cider on the fruit.

This cider should be stored lying down in a cool place (15 ° c maximum and without light). Under these conditions you can keep it for up to 2 years.
