Kampot PGI Black Pepper was grown in Cambodia. Kampot pepper has a characteristic strong and delicate aroma with a hint of eucalyptus and fresh mint.
Kampot black pepper develops strong and delicate aromas. Its very intense and sweet taste at the same time reveals floral notes of eucalyptus and fresh mint, it is also a very fruity pepper. It is a wonderful accompaniment to grilled beef or fish. It is advisable to grind it fresh directly on your plate.
Kampot PGI Black Pepper is grown in a traditional and organic way. From the month of January, the ripe bunches are picked by hand. They are then destemmed, washed, scalded and dried in the sun for 2 to 3 days.
The grains are then processed and selected by their size (>4mm) and their weight (density >570ml) by machine and then by hand.
