Ingredients of the pancake batter for 4 people:

  • 250G of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2L of milk
  • 50G of melted butter

Preparation of the pancake dough

  • Mix the flour and eggs
  • Add the milk little by little, mixing with a whisk
  • Add the melted butter
  • Let the pancake batter rest for at least 2 hours
  • In a very hot and slightly oiled frying pan put 1/2 ladle of pancake batter and let it cook for about 2 minutes, turn the pancake over and let it cook for a minute

You can flavor your pancake batter according to your tastes: orange blossom, vanilla, with a little rum or calvados
