The recipe for rolled chicken fillets with guacamole 

A very simple recipe, directly inspired by the famous turkey rolls from Yum Factory!

Ingredients of chicken rolls with guacamole for 4 people:

  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 1 avocado wall
  • 2 tablespoons of guacamole mixture
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • 1 lime juice

Preparation of chicken rolls with guacamole

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Flatten the chicken cutlets using the rolling pin.
  • Peel the avocado and dice it.
  • In a small bowl, put the avocado and the guacamole mixture, and mash the avocado with the fork. Add 1 tsp. coffee with lime juice, salt
  • Spread each cutlet with guacamole, roll them on themselves and then close them with toothpicks.
  • Place the cutlets in a dish, put a drizzle of olive oil and bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C. The chicken should be golden and crispy.
