Tellicherry black pepper is a pepper appellation from the Malabar coast of Kerala, India. They are considered the most beautiful peppercorns in India and especially one of the few pepper names that people know.
This pepper has a particularly sweet taste, and we note fruity and grassy aromas passing through citrus and pine, but above all a beautiful bright freshness. The sweet and balanced flavor and its complex aromas make it an excellent pepper.
TGSEB is the highest grade of Kerala peppers (Tellicherry Garbled Special Extra Bold) peppercorn should be at least 4.25mm in diameter and can wait for the 5mm, a beautiful big pepper.
